No, you do not amend for that. You just make sure that you have used the correct SSN everywhere on your tax return. And if your employer used the wrong SSN for you, you must let the employer know at once so that the employer can correct their records, issue a corrected W-2 with the right SSN on it. That is very important for the IRS and for your future Social Security earnings history.
