Accepted just means that the IRS (& State) has accepted your return & will process it & give you a refund date. With the IRS being short staffed it can take longer for returns to be processed.
You can check your e-file status, it will state whether your return was accepted, rejected, or no return filed.
You can track your Federal refund at the IRS Where's My Refund? site. You'll need your Social Security number or ITIN, filing status, and the exact amount of your refund to check your status. The IRS will issue your refund when your return is approved.
If you have a state refund, you need to check your refund status on your states website.
