Say mailing refund when was supposed to be direct deposits

THAT IS AWESOME! Congrats!! I am still waiting on this "manager" to get something done. Infuriated with TD and will be moving all of my  brokerage account out once funds are available. 2 differnt managers are "on it" and 1 called back just now to let me know he isnt having much luck as the site he looked at for treasury checks states that the funds will not be available to then until the check clears the fed reserve or some BS
blah blah  Been talking and explaining and waiting since 8 am est! I even told them to release 5 k and let the rest sit 4 days as I was planning to invest it there anyway......not anymore!!!

Those of you with Wells Fargo how was it when you went to deposit check when were funds available?

Deposited yesterday explained that it was a treasury check and its not subject to a  hold over 24 hours, funds were available this morning.

Just deposited it says funds are available so no problems here thank goodness!

ID was correct. No check in mail today. Maybe tomorrow? Sigh.

Samsnoggin...I did receive mine today, no ID...5:05...so tomorrow will be my struggle with Wells and the mobile limit since no WF banks around here

TD is telling me they are a brokerage firm not a bank by nature so they don't have to follow the CC regulations like a bank. GRRRRRRR He did say they would release it once it shows cleared on the site for treasury check verification...
he said if i check it and it has cleared i can alert them snd they will release before 4 days are up. NOT HAPPY WITH ANY OF THIS!!!!

After a work call...I am going to call Wells...I am guessing I won't be able to mobile deposit.  I think my only option is to mail the check to be deposited...

Has anyone heard if other services besides Turbo Tax had this fiasco with checks not being DD and being mailed out?

From what the lady told me at the bank (got mine yesterday) it was just turbo tax. It is not because of refunds over 10K because my son got his DD so it’s not the fault of the IRS. She said they have gotten a lot of complaints about it and they said many have said if TT tries to take out their fee for filing with the info we used for direct deposit they will dispute it because by not honoring it they essentially told the IRS they didn’t have our banking information. I’ve tried to reach out to TT but have gotten no where. There is also a IRS group on FB where no one has said a word about it being mailed unless they filed with TT

Yeah, I would send Fedex and let TT know you are deducting that from the amount you paid them to get this done correctly!

This limit is fixed and a request to increase that limit is not available. To find out your daily and monthly limits for your eligible accounts, sign on to the Wells Fargo Mobile® app, click on Deposit Checks, and select your account.  Your limits appear near the Enter Amount field.
