No.  Once the IRS has established the payment method it cannot be changed.

Too late ... once a mailing date is issued you cannot change ... you can try but I doubt you will be successful ...

It never gave me an option to choose direct deposit. When I filed my 2019 taxes with TurboTax I gave them my banking information and they took the payment out my account.

Since you tax payment has already been processed the IRS will not accept a Direct Deposit update for the stimulus payment.

For the past two weeks I kept checking several times per week in the "Get My Payment" section, and I kept getting the error "Payment Status Not Available. And now today I checked again and it says "We scheduled your check to be mailed on May 01, 2020. Nowhere at any point did they ever even give me the option to input my bank account information.

My status on the IRS Get Payment Page was "Your payment is scheduled to be mailed on 5/22/20." It is 6/10/20 and I have not received. What does the phrase "scheduled to be mailed" actually mean timewise? Another poster said they has a 5/4/20 status. I'd like to know when they actually physically received their payment. Thanks
