I've amended my return by adding Child Care expenses. I have Child Care provider receipt. Do I need to submit it along with 1040X?

Nope. Receipts are only submitted when they are requested by an IRS agent (i.e. by audit). You don't provide unrequested information with your tax return. Tax forms are completed, and any background proof and documentation is retained with your records.
