I recently got an email from this address: TurboTax@em1.turbotax.intuit.com requesting that finish filing, but I already got my returns and 1040. Is this a scam?

This email is asking my wife to file her taxes, but we already filed for 2024 and got our returns and relevant documents. Is this likely a scam? Or maybe it has something to do with the shutdown?

It's common to end up with multiple accounts. First LOG OUT of whatever TurboTax account you're logged into right now. Then use this TurboTax account recovery website to get a list of user ID's for an email address. Run the tool against any email addresses you may have used
