I received a notice from the new york state department of taxation and finance. It says: We adjusted the amounts reported on your tax return.

Me and several colleagues received same notice. All of us used Turbotax. Is this a Turbotax error in calculation?

I received a notice from the new york state department of taxation and finance. It says: We adjusted the amounts reported on your tax return.

TurboTax does not receive any communication from your state regarding adjustments to your refund.  Read the letter carefully and respond to if if they want a response from you, or if they want you to provide documents.
