For the Turbo Tax fees or for tax due? Your only proof of payment is your bank or credit card statement showing it coming out. Turbo Tax does not pay it. They only send your bank info to the IRS or state for them to pull it out of your account.
Is it for state tax due?
Check the printout or PDF of your return; look for the state cover sheet with the Turbotax logo. If you owed tax, it will show the payment information and how/when you decided to pay. Read the state payment instructions carefully since most states cannot be paid from within the TT system and requires additional steps.
TurboTax does not pay any type of taxes owed, federal or state.
Your proof of payment is your bank account or credit card account depending on how you selected to pay the taxes owed.
FYI ... TT did not pay anything so they will not issue a "reciept".
You either requested the fed/state to do a direct debit from your bank account or you paid with a CC/Debit card and as such the bank statement or the CC charge are your reciepts... look for them on your statements.
