I need online version to accept right of claim CREDIT cannot do desktop version because filing from overseas. Please fix/ give me access to my forms like in years past.

Had to make repayments over $3k to OPM due to overpayment of disability retirement annuity. deduction doesnt affect my tax return, but a credit would be favorable.

Make sure you're using the same TurboTax account (with the same username) as in prior years. Otherwise, the below instructions won't work.
