Did the IRS send you a letter? Is there a letter number or CP number in the top corner of the letter? Tell us exactly what the letter says but do not post any of your own personal information like name or address, etc. This is a public web site. What information are they asking you to provide to prove your identity?
Did you use TurboTax to prepare your 2018 and 2019 tax returns? Did you forget how to access your account(s)?
Many people have multiple TT accounts and forget how to access them. Log out of the account you are in now.

Or did you use the desktop version of TurboTax? If so, the files are on your own hard drive or any backup device you used like a flash drive.

And....the IRS does not call you on the phone. So if you received a phone call from someone who said they are from the IRS it is a scam, and you do not give them any information at all.
