Enter a 0 (zero) for the 2019 AGI and e-file the 2020 tax return again.
I also attempted to e-file my state and federal tax returns and was prevented from doing so because of an error. I am mailing my tax returns and would like to get a refund for the $25 fee for e-filing the state return.

Tried putting zero as AGI and does not work...got rejected again. The SMS from Intuit says check email...but so far haven't received any emails ...got rejected 4 times and no email from Intuit

Check your spam or junk mail folders on your email account for TurboTax emails.

Since the IRS has rejected both the actual 2019 AGI and the 0 for the AGI your only other option is to print and mail the tax return.
Note - If you have no taxes owed or are receiving a tax refund there are no penalties for filing a tax return after the due date.

How do I get my $25 back?
I mailed my returns on the 17, of MARCH. No word yet. When I check on the IRS site, it tells me nothing is found.
Checked email address every time while filing returns...also nothing in spam folder...this is repeating from last year...TT cannot e-file for whatever reasons...the $25 should be an automatic refund in these cases...we should not have to be calling for refund...Thanks for your replies, in any case!
Same with me, I was not able to file State return so am looking for the $25 refund.
