This happened to me 2 years ago when I picked The turbo card. I received a email stating to set up my account so I was able to see my money was there so I emended you doing a wire transfer and was able to get my money that way. I didn’t want my funds sitting there and the next thing I know it is gone the bad thing is in order to get the advance we have to use the turbo card option smh! I called them to order my old card and they stated I needed to update my address that was almost 2 weeks ago still didn’t get the card.

I was supposed to receive my card on February 22nd and did not receive it on February 22nd so I called the company and had them Rush delivery it and it was supposed to be here on February 25th I still not have received my card I need my money and I need answers ASAP if I don't receive my money by March 2nd I'm calling the IRS I'm reporting you guys so give me answers please and thank you

Try this, when contacting the Prepaid Card Customer Service, go through the below steps.  This will get you to someone faster for assistance:

Ignore the prompt asking for your card number.  Choose #1 for lost, stolen, or cards never received, then choose #2 for cards never received, enter SS# when prompted and continue following the instructions.
