I have done my taxes for the pass 12yrs with other online tax companies. My question is why does it take so long with you? It says on the page 3 weeks. WHY

The IRS has a target of 21 days from the date the tax return was accepted by the IRS until the tax refund is approved and sent by the IRS.  This has nothing to do with TurboTax or any other tax preparation software or paid tax preparer.  The IRS target is only an estimate and is not a guarantee, it could be sent sooner or later than the target.
