I go to the WMR site and it says We can not provide any info about your refund. To call IRS and give Ref# 9001 what does this mean

@gigibass45 the first time I called I spoke to guy he told me that my return looked good and to give it 21 days. The second time I called i gave the guy the 9001 reference code that's at the bottom he said you may need to verify give it 211 days to see. The 3rd time I called I spoke to a lady who didnt even look me up , she said wait to. The last time I called the guy read the notes from the account that the other reps put in and said I have to verify and said I haven't been sent a letter yet. How do you know I have to verify if a letter hasn't been sent out. So frustrating. Sheesh

I waited my 21+ days, got ahold of someone again today and was told the same thing as everyone else.  Wait for your letter and verify your identity.  It's all I can do but this is ridiculous.

If I am able to order my 2018 transcripts  does that mean I am approved? I just called and was able to order them.

I did not have to verify and the letter I got was a 12c letter to send in forms for healthcare. They put me back in processing on 2/22 after getting my forms 2/19 and wmr still says 9001 code
