I sent money to somebody and it's not allowing them to claim the money so I want to cancel the transaction

What can I do if I sent myself money from my Turbo Tax account to my cell phone number and then when I went to go claim it it's not allowing me
Good luck TurboTax are a bunch of crooked thieves just at the steel people's disputed transactions because there are so many hurdles and hoops to go through
Once again the card is issued by Green Dot Bank not TT ... the TT name is on the card for co branding only the same way Green Dot does with Walmart and other companies that they partner with. If you have issues with Green Dot Bank you need to take it up with them ... no one at TT or on this public forum have any way to help with the debit card.

The investigation of the dispute is wrong i don't understand why you think it's right for someone to steal money from someone and the one who gets money took from them you thinks they be lying about there money i believe that you people is working with the one's who took my money cause you people is doing nothing for me to recover my money and that's wrong

Call the toll free number on the back of the card.
I was for tax return and I'm not getting any refund
