Your post is confusing. Do you mean that you received a refund, but it was not the amount you expected? Or do you mean you are still waiting for your refund?
This is very unclear:
"I don't know if I still haven't gotten them or you guys didn't give me my full amount."
What does that mean---did you receive something or not?
If you are still waiting and have not received your refund at all----
TurboTax gives you an estimated date for receiving your refund based on a 21 day average from your date of acceptance, but it can take longer. “21 days” is not a promise from TurboTax or the IRS.
First, check your e-file status to see if your return was accepted:

Once your federal return has been accepted by the IRS, only the IRS has any control. TurboTax does not receive any updates from the IRS. Your ONLY source of information about your refund now is the IRS.
You need your filing status, your Social Security number and the exact amount (line 35a of your 2023 Form 1040) of your federal refund to track your Federal refund:

If you chose to have your TurboTax fees deducted from your federal refund, that will take some extra time, while the third party bank handles the refund processing.

If you received less than you expected--
Federal and state refunds do not arrive at the same time. Did you receive one and not the other one yet? Which one are you still waiting for? Have you tracked it on the IRS or state site?
Or----did you choose to pay your TurboTax fees from your federal refund? If so, remember that the third party bank takes your fees out of the refund, and they also take out their own "refund processing fee" ---and send the rest of the federal refund to you.
Your tax refund was not sent to TurboTax. TurboTax does not handle your refund at all.
Santa Barbara Tax Products Group, LLC (SBTPG) is the bank that handles the Refund Processing Service when you choose to have your TurboTax fees deducted from your refund. This option also has an additional charge from the bank that processes the transaction.
You can contact them SBTPG, toll-free, at 1-877-908-7228 or go to their secure website www.sbtpg.com

Or---another possibility if you did not receive the full amount you expected----did you owe any back taxes or child support? The IRS or state can take your refund if you owe back taxes or child support, for example.
