I filed tax returns on 5/12/2020 expecting a refund of 816.00. I went on IRS website twice and it says" We have received your tax returns and it is being reviewed"

Ok. So they got your return. You just have to keep waiting for them to finish processing it. If they are reviewing it then watch for a letter in the mail if they request more info.
