Once a tax return has been e-filed it cannot be canceled, retrieved or changed.

That's a really good question. It's also impossible to contact a live person about this. I also paid before I attempted to file, as the pay by refund option wasn't available. Now I'm out 95 dollars and filed with someone else. I want my refund from Turbo Tax this year

Hi Monique. Thanks for responding; but, I'm pretty sure you don't understand the runaround requesting a refund from Turbo Tax is. I contacted the CEO at this point, and if I get the bait and switch from that, I'll continue this conversation.

Let me explain the details again: Attempted to file with Turbo Tax. A form, a form I don't need, isn't available from the IRS yet. I filed my taxes successfully with another company. I paid Turbo Tax. Now I want a refund.

Refund requests can only be handled by contacting TurboTax Customer Support. Use the keywords billing issues so you get to the right person.
