Hi Monique. Thanks for responding; but, I'm pretty sure you don't understand the runaround requesting a refund from Turbo Tax is. I contacted the CEO at this point, and if I get the bait and switch from that, I'll continue this conversation.
Let me explain the details again: Attempted to file with Turbo Tax. A form, a form I don't need, isn't available from the IRS yet. I filed my taxes successfully with another company. I paid Turbo Tax. Now I want a refund.
