I do not have the CD/software for turbo tax 2021 but I need to file amended return

However I do have the pdf and turbotax file on my computer for the year 2021. Please advise.

How did you do the  2021 return?  Did you use the Online browser version or the Desktop CD/Download program?  To amend you need the 2021 desktop program installed and the tax file ending in .tax2021, not the pdf.

Then you need to buy the program again or call in and ask nicely if they can put the program download in your account.
