I didnt want to get Max defend and restore how do I get this refunded back? I only clicked upgrade for 120.00. It didn't show the other charge until after I paid.

It states that you can get answers 24/7 from tax specialist.  However it just takes you to a FAQ's page.  I want an answer from someone about these charges and how to get them back?

Did you ever get a refund for this? I made the same mistake and called and they told me I am out of luck. Not happy.
