I didn't receive my refund card. What do I do?

I’ve already contacted an Atty who will be reaching out on this forum . A class action suit is what will be filed so ya all stay tuned because all will be Compensated for our troubles. Funny how now we are not even getting their automated responses any longer . Lol. Well, to Turbo Tax I hope it was worth with holding our funds because you WILL BE dishing out millions a of dollars once again for the mishandling if government funds. From what he’s told me last years customers will be eligible as well. So everyone keep a hold of hour acct  information even after you’re done with their services as you will need acct number etc to be a part of this suit.

TurboTax does not have access to your account for the Turbo Prepaid Visa Card issued by Green Dot.

How do you get your account and routing number for the turbotax card you never got

On your tax return, you can look at your direct deposit information. You should be able to use that to register your account while you wait for your card.

Here's how to get in to see what is on there. 

1. Open your return if it's not already open.  

2. On the Tax Home screen with the amount of your refund and status, scroll down and select Add a State (don't worry, we're not adding a state) to access your tax forms and worksheets.  

3. In the left menu, select Tax Tools then Print Center.  

4. On the TurboTax Print Center screen, select Print, save or preview this year's return.  

5. On the next TurboTax Print Center screen, select 2019 federal returns and Include Government and TurboTax Worksheets (optional), then select View or Print Forms.  

6. The information will be on the first page, Electronic Filing Instructions for your 2019 Federal Tax Return next to Balance Due/Refund.

The other option is to report the Card Not Received by either creating an account or logging into an existing one. You can also contact customer care at (888) 285-4169, don't choose option 2, it will repeat a few times then you will get more options.
