I didn’t get my refund that would have paid Turbo tax. I want to know if I can make a payment arrangement with TurboTax instead of them taking a full amount.?

When you chose to pay your fees from your federal refund, you signed an agreement that says TurboTax can take the fees out of your account if your refund is delayed too long or seized by the IRS. Contact customer support to see if they can work something out for you.
