I did my taxes on turbo tax. I paid the taxes it said to pay, now the IRS says I owe more money got a CP14 Letter. How is the right?

Did your payment to the IRS clear your bank? Sometimes a CP14 notice indicates that your payment was incomplete. Please check your bank records and make sure the payment cleared. You have to contact the IRS if they are requesting you pay tax that was already paid.
