I closed out before finishing. How can I get it back?

TurboTax will automatically save your information when you close out of the program.

Just remember when you come back, make sure to use the same User Id and password as you used to start your return. That way you will pick up right where you left off.

I finished my taxes on the app, and it said "Oops an issue has occurred. Check back later". What does that mean?
