I've tried everything to log in and text to check my balance nothing is working
My card says restricted. I can't login to my account online. I try "forgot username" and it prompts me to enter in my personal info. Once I do that, it says try again later. I try and call, it hangs up! Whats going on!!!

You can request a replacement card by logging in to your Turbo Visa® Debit Card account or calling 888-285-4169 and reporting your card lost/stolen. Please see How do I report my card lost or stolen? for additional information.

I am having same issues and is saying my card is inactive so can an expert please answer these type questions for us
