I call the number on the back of the turbo tax card and i am getting no answer. what can i do.can someone help me. want to find out if my federal is on my card

I call the turbocard number and follow the prompts to report that I never received a card. I put all my info in and get a message saying "you have called the wrong number, call the number on the back of your card" and then it hangs up. How am I supposed to call the number on the back of a card I don't have?! This is absolutely insane. What a scamming sht bag of a company. Looks like I won't be getting my money.

I have called the number and the automated voice says I have to login into my turbotax prepaid card account and I tried logging in but it has my old email and password I can not remember it

This is not true. The options you give to close the account is to visit the website, but website says to call the # that no one answers. I’d love to just cut up the card and forget about it but I know I’ll get that monthly fee again and then what?

How can I cancel my card? Please don’t tell me to call the # on the back of the card, no one answers and there is no option to cancel, don’t tell me to visit the website, all it does is tell me to call the above mentioned useless number. I want to cancel before I get hit again with that ridiculous monthly fee. And yes, my card is at zero and I’d love to just cut it up, throw it out, and forget about it but let’s be real, no one can get any help right now for anything but I’m sure fees will occur like clockwork. Please provide a viable option to simply cancel an account.

The only way I was able to get through was to be directed to the fraud department and they can answer your questions. If you get the right person. Some of them are just plain rude   When it ask to put your card number or social in don’t. Listen to the other options and select the one that says you got a card but didn’t request one and it will ask if you want to be directed to the fraud department select yes and follow the instructions   Hope this helps

This pisses me off when I see someone labeled as "EXPERT", but obviously has no idea what he/she is talking about.  The **bleep** number is an infinite automated loop.  In my opinion devised to defraud customers of fair banking practices.  I'm going to pursue litigation. 💪
