I applied for the refund advance and now my return has been accepted, but I haven't received anything regarding the advance.

I never got an email from credit karma. And there was nothing in my regular credit karma account about it. On my turbo tax account it just said I would be receiving an email from credit karma. So like everyone else I was frustrated. I then googled credit karma visa debit card and when I went to that site there was the money.

@NikkiW41 So your saying prior to doing your taxes you had a Credit Karma account.  Then you did your taxes and opted for the loan.  You then went to your CK account you've always had and the money was not there.  Then you googled it and went to a CK account that did have the money?  So your saying you have 2 different CK accounts?  Is the login information different for both accounts?  Like different email address?

If you selected the card at the top and not the refund advance at the bottom then you did not apply for a refund advance. Some people already have a Credit Karma card so that option is for them. That is not the refund advance option. When you scroll down and select refund advance it will take you to the login/sign up page on Credit Karma. Hope this helps.

I'm the same! No record of it at all and all 3 companies tell me to call or blame the other. I so was planning on the advance. I will never use turbo tax again, every year it's something. As soon as I get my refund on that credit karma account I'm transferring it and closing out. I offered to send them proof that returns were accepted and they are no help. I also have all the contracts that I signed to accept terms of the refund advance. Did everything I was supposed to and they have no record of it. So frustrating. Let me know if you find anything out that could possibly give me so hope. Have a good day!

i called them as well they said that it was a delay on the approvals and mines is still at the pre approval stage

So was it a completely different credit karma site for the debit card alonvir your same original credit karma account because when I searched for credit karma visa debit card it brings me to my original login page and account @NikkiW41

Download your tax documents and the documents you signed for the loan will be the first couple of pages. Also contact first century bank which is the bank credit karma is using and they can tell you about your loan. The number to the bank will be in your loan documents.

Once your return has been accepted by the IRS, you'll receive an email when your Refund Advance funds are available to spend which is typically within 48-72 hours.

My refund was accepted the 20th of January so we're safe to say this is not a solved answer @Cass0317  

I did see another tax expert state this certain issue was being looked at for a resolution
