I'm the same! No record of it at all and all 3 companies tell me to call or blame the other. I so was planning on the advance. I will never use turbo tax again, every year it's something. As soon as I get my refund on that credit karma account I'm transferring it and closing out. I offered to send them proof that returns were accepted and they are no help. I also have all the contracts that I signed to accept terms of the refund advance. Did everything I was supposed to and they have no record of it. So frustrating.
