I have had the same issue. Thanks for sharing your problem. I was thinks I must have missed something. I have uses turd bowl tax for years. Never again. How can you trust someone with your taxes when they cant give you answers to your advance? Its like you reach the end of the rainbow and find there isnt the slightest clue of gold. After we file no mention of an advance beyond that point. Never again Im going elsewhere with my business next year!

I also applied, pre-qualified for the loan and 48 hours after IRS acceptance I get an update in my turbo tax app starting my loan advance was denied. I called First Century Bank and get this.... They couldn't locate my 2021 taxes, they can only see my 2021. So, I call turbo tax back, they say they still see a denial from the bank. How does TT see a denial from First Century Bank when that bank doesn't even have my updated information?! So I proceed to call credit karma because apparently the balls back in their court for the loan. And as a PP stated, credit karma didn't even have a recollection of what the advance loan was! I had to explain to a SUPERVISOR what the offer was and because they're in India and are hired through a third party company, they can't access the information about the loan?! Then I was told by the "supervisor" that I needed to screen shot and prove that my refund had been accepted by the IRS because TT didn't send them confirmation of the acceptance, therefore my loan is basically in outer space! I've spent 2 days and about 9 hours on the phone with Turbo Tax, an Intuit Specialist, First Century Bank and Credit Karma and not a single person has given me the same answer about what's going on. I'm reporting this to the better business bureau, but if there's something bigger that can be done, please feel free to share with me! Good luck to everyone. Hopefully it's a glitch and we all get our loans.

Same here, except today I got an update in a small box in my turbo tax app that says I was denied for the loan... But when I call the bank that's supposedly responsible for the approval decision of the loan, they don't even have my 2021 tax information in their system to view a loan request! 🤣

This is definitely a crap storm they should've for seen and trained their agents appropriately.

Mine is on my turbo tax app on the home page under the box that shows the acceptance of federal and state. 

I called First Century Bank, which is the bank that turbo tax says is responsible for the final approval decision and they don't have any of my 2021 tax information, so they didn't understand why it's showing a denial! 

They told me to call Turbo Tax back! 

So I'm literally getting nothing but the run around from turbo tax, credit karma and first century bank. 

Has anyone else seen a denial in their app but no email from the bank about a denial?

Called them today after I saw a denial message in my turbo tax app. I'm order to pull information they ask for your tax filing information.. when I entered in my 2021 tax filing information into their system it gave an error. I put my 2020 information in and it sent me to an agent. 3 different agents from First Century Bank said they weren't able to access any 2021 information so they were puzzled why turbo tax said it was denied.

Just woke up at 5am EST and the advance is in my account. Accepted by IRS yesterday around 3pm so it came in sometime overnight. Good luck, hope it shows up for everyone else!

What box are you seeing on the TurboTax app? Under my federal and state there is a box that says “See your personalized 2021 tax recap”. Is that what your talking about?

I TOO was prequalified by TT. Changed my direct posit to credit karma and everything. Accepted by the IRS days ago and still nothing. Credit karma says there is nothing pending and to call TT. Called TT and they say that I have to contact their lender/bank since all advances come from them. The bank has a hotline specifically for people to call about their refund advance but that was even BS. The only thing they were able to tell me is that I was prequalified (which I already knew) and that now it’s just a matter of waiting. I asked them why they and turbo tax both advertise advances to show up within 1 or 2 hours after the IRS, but of course nobody has any answers. This is absolutely ridiculous and unprofessional. I could have filed for free if I wanted no advance, but instead I paid all the fees just to get the advance. I’m furious. I will never use turbo tax again.

Go through the 3 2 1 prompts twice then the second time you will get an option 4 choose that one and then you will get a person.
