You can make changes to your tax return before you actually forward it to the IRS for approval.

To change your info in TurboTax Online before filing, follow the steps below:

1. Sign into your Online account.

2. Click the button that says "Take me to my return".

3. On the left navigation panel select "My Info" or any other section that you wish to revise. To edit the information click on the pencil icon next to the appropriate section.

4. Begin editing each section that you need to until the return is ready to be filed.

If you are needing to mail in your tax return to the IRS, and not wanting to e-file it, you can do so by following the steps below. Keep in mind when you mail your return, it will take longer to get your refund back.

I put in the wrong info on my tax forms on TurboTax and I was wondering if there’s a way to fix my info i put im?

If you have not filed your return, you can go back and edit the return to correct the changes. 

If you have already filed, you will wait for the return to be processed, then you can follow the instructions here to amend your return.
