How to convert 2019 tax file into pdf

I used a laptop last year to file my taxes after buying  a cd at Costco I emailed TurboTax and got live support to get a digital download. I still have a copy of that original email, but when I click on “view downloads” it doesn’t take me to the digital download area. 

My dilemma is now I am only able to use my iPad as I sold my laptop. What I’m trying to do is open the 2019 tax file using the TurboTax digital download software and convert that file into a pdf.

Your 2019 tax file can only be opened by the Desktop Software. If you can get to a MAC or PC, go to turbotax.com/mydownloads to get your download. Then you can transfer in your tax file and save it as a pdf, not convert it, but open the software, transfer in your tax file, and and save as a PDF.
