My 2020 refund was finally processed and issued Feb 1st 2021. It has been over two weeks and I haven't received my refund. I called the irs and they said it was sent out on the 1st and To green dot. I did opt to have fees taken out of my refund last year and usually would get it direct deposit. I can't get in contact with an actual person. I did submit a ticket to stpg and nothing yet. I've called every number and it says it can't find my account so I can't even go forward from there. Help!!!!
