If you already filed your return, you can't change your bank account number.

What exactly are you trying to do?  Have you e-filed the 2019 federal tax return?

What does this question mean? Who is "you" in your question?

This does not work until you’re actually ready to file and submit your current tax documents. There is no way to change your bank account number prior to entering your current year tax information. Be honest with your customers.

If you are referring to the account for the refund on your 2020 tax return, you can enter this information as you are getting ready to file your return (in the FILE section).  Once you select direct deposit, you will be prompted for the bank information.

@10917AL  Sorry if you already filed it is too late unless your efile rejects for something.  If the bank rejects the deposit the IRS will mail a check to the address on your return.

i HAVE A REFUND COMING.  I FILED BUT IT STILL SHOWING PENDING  BECAUSE i GOT MY W2 ON JANUARY 11, 2021

You cannot change or add anything on the return that you just e-filed.  It is too late, just like when you put an envelope in a US mailbox.

It will say Pending until the IRS either accepts or rejects your return which won't be until after they open on Feb 12, 2021, see
