@Glorieuse Louis We cannot give you a specific amount of time it will take.  If your refund was issued by the IRS and was going straight to your bank account, it might take a few weeks to get the check in the mail.

If you used "refund processing" to have your TurboTax fees paid from your federal refund, it becomes more complicated, because the third party bank that handles refund processing has to issue and mail the check.  This sometimes becomes a time-consuming process that can take weeks or even several months.

If you were having your fees deducted from your refund:

Santa Barbara Tax Products Group, LLC  (SBTPG) is the bank that handles the Refund Processing Service when you choose to have your TurboTax fees deducted from your refund. This option also has an additional charge from the bank that processes the transaction.

You can contact them SBTPG, toll-free, at 1-877-908-7228 or go to their secure website www.sbtpg.com
