What? The people who are posting questions here about the Green Dot prepaid Visa are getting those cards with the funds from their income tax refunds on them. What do you mean "for free?" No one is handing out free money.

What was the contact info . I’ve been trying to get in contact with these people for almost a most regarding my card that I have not got in the mail ... all I get is a robot to talk to .
Here I've been waiting 20+ business days and no card everytime I call green dot to even try to report it lost the customer service automation hangs up on me when I try and when it says its gonna get a specialist for me it hangs up also then so I'm wondering if I should just contact the IRS and explain to them what is going on I'd rather it a paper check then wait another 2 months what do u all think
I’ve called that number, as I’ve not received my card and I’m unable to access my account because I’m told my DOB is incorrect. I contacted Green Dot by email and was told there was nothing they could do on their end and that my DOB matched their database. I don’t have any way to create an account or order a card because I can’t access my account. I’m wondering how I can access my refund or order a replacement card.
