I’ve called that number, as I’ve not received my card and I’m unable to access my account because I’m told my DOB is incorrect. I contacted Green Dot by email and was told there was nothing they could do on their end and that my DOB matched their database. I don’t have any way to create an account or order a card because I can’t access my account. I’m wondering how I can access my refund or order a replacement card.
