How long does it take to get a check from tpg

Do u know wat it mean if a check was made to me ? Does tht mean they’re saying I received it ? Because I haven’t my DDD was wrong and tpg saying I’m getting a print check with no date. On when it’ll be mailed or should arrive.

@Milani mom If you entered incorrect bank account information then the direct deposit could not be made.  So now SBTPG has to issue a paper check to you instead, and mail it to the address on your tax return.   Did you enter your mailing address correctly?   Only SBTPG can tell you when they will mail that check so you can ask them.   It will be mailed by first class mail, and we hear that it will be a very plain envelope.  Do not mistake it for junk mail and throw any mail away without opening the envelope.   Watch your mailbox for the check.

@Cdlump1 so informed delivery says its coming today so I went to the post office and they informed me its not physically at the post office yet, that sometimes informed delivery is behind a couple days....so I haven't physically gotten it yet. I have them holding all my mail at that location.

Any luck? I sent my form in May 13th so I probably have 2-3 weeks until I see that money if it shows up this time..

When did they say you were suppose to get it? They said mine was suppose to arrive by the 23rd, no check today either!

I received my check yesterday after told checks were mailed on the 12. I waited only 7 days.

My indemnity bond I filled out for my second check on April 26th to be reissued 7-10 days max would have had mine finished on May 10th. Still waiting on the check myself

I filled my form out 4/27 & still haven’t received a new check yet. It’s been a month. I’m in GA and considering to request them to return to the IRS

You better call and check if the form was ever processed... I was just told my filled out form was received as blank somehow. I just resent it so I'm over half hour into queue to see if it was somehow blank again.

No. TPG rep stated it was mailed out April 27. (This is after I completed the form for a replacement check) been waiting since Feb. Hopefully tomorrow or this week something shows up.

Mine was supposedly sent out on the 7th of May (after I submitted form). Still haven’t received anything.
