How do you fill out a 1040x form?

That is the main problem.  i didnt use turbo tax or h&r block.  i did the non filers tools on the irs website.  when using that it took that as me filing.  now i need to file an amended return to make it right

 i don;t know how to fill out the form itself and NONE of these tax pages shows you how

If you used the non-filers website, why are you now trying to file a 2019 tax return?  Did you make a mistake and you are required to file a 2019 tax return?

You cannot amend a 2019 tax return that was filed from the non-filers website.

If you have a 2019 tax return to file then you will need to complete the tax return and then follow this procedure to file the 2019 tax return since the non-filers website was used for the stimulus and you are needing to file a 2019 tax return - https://ttlc.intuit.com/community/tax-topics/help/stimulus-how-to-file-your-return-after-getting-rej...
