Why do you want to "re-send" it? Was it rejected? E-filing is closed, so it has to be printed, signed and mailed.
When you mail a tax return, you need to attach any documents showing tax withheld, such as your W-2’s or any 1099’s. Use a mailing service that will track it, such as UPS or certified mail so you will know the IRS and/or your state received the return.
I received a CP80 Notice from the IRS stating that they did not receive my 2018 tax return. I owed money that year and they did receive the money but not the return.
I have a copy of the 2018 tax return but there is not a place for signatures. What do I do?
The new 1040 is 2 half pages but now print on 1 sheet with the Signature line in the Middle.

The signature block in at the bottom of page 1 where it says SIGN HERE. The 2018 tax return is in two halves and when printed for mailing the two halves are combined onto one page.
IRS Form 1040 (2018) - https://www.irs.gov/pub/irs-prior/f1040--2018.pdf
Print, sign, date and mail the tax return to the IRS. Include with the mailed return any forms W-2 and 1099 which have taxes withheld. Go to this IRS website for mailing addresses - https://www.irs.gov/filing/where-to-file-paper-tax-returns-with-or-without-a-payment
