I was cut off my scheduled phone meeting roughly 10 minutes into the conversation and was not able to establish any contact ever since. it does not take a hole day to do my taxes.
For the price of full service I feel ripped off.

I called several times but got hold of an answering service that did not include the option to talk to a real person. that is just not acceptable.
