Sorry you cannot use TurboTax for a 2014 return; software for 2014 is no longer available nor would it be supported or updated even if you could find it on eBay, etc.   Try getting the forms from the state to prepare by hand to mail in, or seek local paid tax help.

if you are due a refund would Illinois honor it because it's past the general 3-year statute of limitations? on the other hand, if you owe, the penalties may exceed the extra taxes you owe,
