The deposit could not have gone back to TT, since  TT never receive refunds in the first place. Did you ask to have to have TT fees deducted from your refund?  Then it went to Tax Products Group to handle that (and thus back to them).  Otherwise, it would have gone back to the IRS.  In either case, that entity would have then mailed you a paper check.  So go back to your bank and find out exactly to whom they returned the deposit.  The contact that entity.

If you have not filed your 2020 return yet you can enter your banking information in the FILE section before you file your 2020 return.  If you have already filed a 2020 return it is too late to change it.   If your refund or stimulus check goes to a closed account it will go back to the IRS and then they will mail you a check.
