You could go to a different local paid tax preparer and have the 2023 return looked at.   Or you can purchase and download TurboTax software to prepare a 2023 return yourself and see how it compares to the one your paid preparer did.

You need a full PC or Mac to use the download software.

 If you need to prepare a return for 2021, 2022, or 2023  you can purchase and download desktop software to do it, then print, sign,  and mail the return(s)
