How can I get turbotax accept my bank information?

My income is from the same sources as 2021 but turbotax won't recognize it.

Just to clarify, are you trying to enter your bank account information so that you can receive your tax refund but TurboTax is not accepting it?

Yes. I've used the same retirement fund and an IRA for years, same names. The names are even correct on the Review page but when I get to the page where it wants the name of the institution, and it gives you options, it doesn't recognize the very names I had last year.
