Last year I used 2017 turbotax software for tax return, but in recent days I just found that my 2017 state/federal tax returns were all rejected because of AGI/Pin mismatch.
Now I want to amend 2017 tax return and resend, but my laptop has been replaced long time ago (I don't have 2017 tax return locally). All I have is a tracking number that turbotax sent to me in email.
How can I find last year's tax return? or do I need to download 2017 software and fill up the forms once more? After that, can I send the return through software or should I mail it by myself?

You do not "amend" a tax return that has never been actually filed in the first place. Stay away from clicking anything that says "amend."
You no longer need your past year AGI to file your 2017 return since you cannot e-file it. It has to be printed, signed and mailed. You only needed that AGI in order to e-file, and now e-filing for 2017 is permanently closed.
If you have any changes/corrections at all to make to your 2017 return, you now have to complete it using desktop software, which you must download to a full PC or Mac (not to a mobile device).
If you already paid for your online software you can ask customer support for a download of the desktop software.

They are available from 5 a.m. to 9 p.m. Monday - Friday Pacific time.
When you complete your 2017 return, it has to be filed by mail. When you mail a tax return, you need to attach any documents showing tax withheld, such as your W-2’s or any 1099’s. Use a mailing service that will track it, such as UPS or certified mail so you will know the IRS and/or your state received the return.
If you are getting a refund, there is not a penalty for filing past the deadline. If you owe taxes, the interest/penalties will be calculated by the IRS based on how much you owe and when they receive your return and payment. The IRS will bill you for this; it will not be calculated by TurboTax.
