I filed a month ago and IRS refund sent.
And just realized that i put wrong routing number (put wire routing number instead of electronic)
If there is wrong on direct deposit, i heard it normally sent paper check.
Plus.. i had mistake on address.
What should i do? Should i call IRS first or amend e-file turbotax?

If both the routing number and mailing address are incorrect, you will need to contact the IRS to resolve this. The IRS phones are busy this time of year, so plan to spend a good amount of time waiting. The number is 800-829-1040, and the hours are M - F, 7 a.m. - 7 p.m.
Please see this FAQ for more info: What should I do if I entered an incorrect routing or account number for direct deposit of my refund...
If you used the refund processing service to have your turbotax fees deducted from your refund, then your refund was sent to SBBT bank and they are the person stuck dealing with the incorrect bank information and address. Their web site is here https://help.sbtpg.com/hc/en-us
If you were expecting your refund direct from the IRS and were not using refund transfer or requesting a debit card, here is a link to Trace a missing refund. https://www.irs.gov/faqs/irs-procedures/refund-inquiries/refund-inquiries-0
If you entered incorrect banking information for your refund, you can change it if your return is rejected. If it is accepted, however, it is too late to change it. The bank will reject the refund and send it back to the IRS. Then the IRS will issue a paper check and mail it to the address you put on your tax return. Expect a delay of at least a couple of weeks to receive your refund.
Here is what the IRS says about entering incorrect banking information
