If you want to make an estimated tax payment for tax year 2024, go to this IRS payment website - https://www.irs.gov/payments

No one can withhold taxes from wages retroactively.

And if you want to change the amount that is being withheld from your paychecks going forward, you can change the W-4 you give to your employer(s).
