The online version is only for 2022. Do you need to do 2019 return?
To do a prior year return you have to buy the Desktop program here,
https://turbotax.intuit.com/personal-taxes/past-years-products/2019/
You will need a full Windows or Mac to install it on.
If you have a simple return and want to file 2019 for free you can fill out the forms by hand. Here are some basic forms.....

Don’t forget your state. And you will have to print and mail your returns. So be sure to attach copies of your W2s and any 1099s that have withholding on them. You have to mail federal and state in separate envelopes because they go to different places. Get a tracking number from the post office when you mail them for proof of filing.
You can't. the "Online" software can only be used for 2022 data and tax filing now.
Preparation of 2021 and earlier , can only be accomplished using Desktop software on a full MAC or Windows computer. And 2019 tax returns must be printed and mail-filed now too. Software from TTX for 2019 can be obtained here (earlier years are no longer available):

_____
or as indicated above, you can get the forms directly from the IRS and do them manually to paper-file.
By the way, I hope you did not actually file it. If you did you now have a big problem. It got filed as a 2022 return. Please post back and say what you actually did.
