If you used the CD Desktop program the only copy is saved on your computer.  Did you originally install the program and enter the License Code?  Is it still installed?  You shouldn't need the License Code again.  Is is asking for it?  Turbo Tax asks for the License Code each time you start

Did you save the pdf file?  Or do you just have the .tax2019 file?  Are you on Windows or Mac?  The data file ends in .tax2019 and should be in Documents in a Turbo Tax subfolder.  Search your computer for all files ending in .tax.  And check the Recycle Bin.  The PDF file should be saved there too.  If you don't have the actual .tax2019 file you might the the temporary file you can use.  It also ends in .tax2019 but starts with a Tilde ~ sign.
